Can I start on one tier and move up?

Yes — the program is designed to scale with you. Plenty of clients start on Essentials and move to Scale once the engine is humming.

Do you handle newsletter infrastructure, or just the content?

Both. We'll help you stand up your beehiiv infrastructure, design the template, and get everything live — or work inside your existing ESP if you prefer.

How much time does this take on our end?

The first month is the heaviest — we'll have weekly calls to get the narrative, tone of voice, and SME roster locked in. Once we're in rhythm, most clients are spending 1–2 hours per week reviewing and approving content.

How quickly will we see results?

Social is the fastest mover (which is why we incorporate it into every tier). Most clients see meaningful engagement growth within the first 30–60 days. For attributable pipeline from long-form and newsletter, expect 4–6 months as the content compounds — and that's where the real flywheel effect kicks in.

What's an SME interview?

A 30–45 minute conversation between your subject matter expert (internal exec, customer, or prospect) and our content strategist. We run it, transcribe it, extract the insights, and turn it into 2 full content kits — long-form, newsletter, and social (Scale), newsletter and social (Essentials), or social (coming soon...) — all from that one conversation.
