Next, submit your content requests – highest priorities at the top. Your copywriter will pick up the top requests based on publishing date, so be sure your queue is ordered just right.

Let the writing begin

Next, a quality check

Once content drafts are complete, your copywriter submits each piece for a mandatory internal review to ensure both content and strategy alignment.

And now you're free to move about the content engine! Flesh out briefs and ship them to the request lane to be picked up by your copywriter, one at a time. Expect ~10 content requests (up to 500 words each) to land for your review each month.

Publishing

That’s literally it! Publish final pieces on the platforms most relevant to your story, your audience and your content calendar. They'll be optimized for that channel right within the content card, so you just copy/paste/publish.

Every time a content piece is pulled over for your review, your writer will begin drafting the next request in the queue. Just be sure your briefs are loaded in and queued up so our writers pencils are always up.

Why wouldn’t I hire in-house?

We were waiting for that! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time, senior-level copywriter is $100K with benefits (and good luck getting one at the caliber you need!). Not to mention, our expert content strategists, editorial team and client success team working behind the scenes on your behalf – that easily translates into at least $200K of headcount fully vetted, trained and managed by … well … not you!

Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

Is there a content limit?

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many content requests to your queue as you'd like, and copywriters will work through each request. Be sure to prioritize your content requests top to bottom so your top priorities are worked through first.

Scale is our full-service tier designed for more complex content needs and enterprise teams, so the actual content count may vary given the custom nature of this tier.

Will you help with strategy?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you. With our Build tier, you’ll have a kick-off call to get started and then you're off to the races. With our Grow tier, you’ll have a comprehensive implementation month. You’ll walk away with a set content strategy and content calendar for your first 90 days. We also offer a la carte options for added support when you need it. This includes up to two 1-hour content strategy calls per month for $500 per call on our Grow tier, which you can book right from your dashboard.

And with Scale, you’re all set. This tier includes a dedicated content strategist and writer who will dig deep into your brand story and support your content planning and creation on the daily.

What’s the turnaround time?

Content lands for your review whenever it is ready – at a minimum, in two business days, and at a maximum, in five business days. You’ll add a due date to every piece of content, and we’ll make sure we deliver on-time, every time. For longer pieces of content (like an ebook), our writers will let you know how long they think it’ll take once they’ve reviewed the brief.

What if I don’t like it?

No worries! Leave feedback on the piece – you’ll have unlimited revision cycles to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.

How do I request content?

storyarb offers a ton of flexibility in how you request content via your private client dashboard. Many do so directly via their dashboard using our pre-baked content outlines, others prefer sharing Google docs or even recording a brief video or voice memo for those who prefer to leave all the writing to us. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Notion where our content engine lives, it's fair game.

Any content formats you won’t do?

While we’re not writing your personal memoir quite yet, and not super keen on technical instruction manuals, we’re happy to evaluate content formats that fall outside our pre-baked templates. Just submit an inquiry through your dashboard, and we’ll let you know if it falls within our sweet spot.  We’re all about customer-led innovation, so our product roadmap includes an ambitious roll-out of new templates frequently, based on your most requested content formats.

Any refunds?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
